When and how did you get involved with Special Olympics?
I got involved through my caregiver. I was 18.
Will this be your first Special Olympics Canada Games? If not, what other National Games did you compete in, and in what sports?
Yes, this will be my first Special Olympics Canada Games.
What does being part of Special Olympics Team BC 2026 mean to you?
It means fame and glory. I feel happy knowing I will get to go have fun and try new things.
What is your goal for these National Games?
To win and look good doing it.
What is your favourite Special Olympics experience to date?
I have loved when my mom and dad have the opportunity to watch me compete.
What do you like most about the sport you will compete in at National Games?
I like having control over my own performance.
What would you say about Special Olympics to encourage someone to get involved?
You meet new people and you get to travel places.
