When and how did you get involved with Special Olympics?
When I moved to Kamloops from Alberta, I got involved by swimming, bowling, and curling with Special Olympics.
Will this be your first Special Olympics Canada Games? If not, what other National Games did you compete in, and in what sports?
Yes, this will be my first Special Olympics Canada Games.
What were your results in the 2025 Special Olympics BC Summer Games? How did you feel about your performance?
2 Gold medals 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze.
What does being part of Special Olympics Team BC 2026 mean to you?
I am so proud of myself. And I can’t wait for my family to come watch me bring home medals.
What is your goal for these National Games?
My goal is to do the best I can and make some friendships.
What is your favourite Special Olympics experience to date?
I have a lot of great experiences and I love flying.
What do you like most about the sport you will compete in at National Games?
I love doing the breaststroke.
What would you say about Special Olympics to encourage someone to get involved?
I made lots of friends and have many accomplishments.

I’m one of 5 kids. My favourite colour is blue.
