When and how did you get involved with Special Olympics?
I heard about Special Olympics from my cousin, Emma.
Will this be your first Special Olympics Canada Games? If not, what other National Games did you compete in, and in what sports?
Yes, these will be my first National Games.
What were your results in the 2025 Special Olympics BC Summer Games? How did you feel about your performance?
I won Gold medals in my races. I feel happy and excited.
What does being part of Special Olympics Team BC 2026 mean to you?
It mean lots to me because I love going to my sports and trying my best. I love running.
What is your goal for these National Games?
My goal is to try my best, have fun, and be brave.
What is your favourite Special Olympics experience to date?
My favourite experiences have been running at track meets. It can be very scary but fun. I have also liked speed skating meets, and playing with my friends at meets.
What do you like most about the sport you will compete in at National Games?
What I like the most about track is running. I love running.
What would you say about Special Olympics to encourage someone to get involved?
It's super fun, friendly, and nice. There are lots of fun sports.
Please tell us a little bit more about yourself! What else would you like people to know about you?
I love Minecraft. And I love dogs. I have a dog named Clover and she's so cute. I love drawing, coloring, running, and watching movies and TV with mum.
