When and how did you get involved with Special Olympics?
I started at 10 years old. My parents got me involved as they are both athletes too.
Will this be your first Special Olympics Canada Games? If not, what other National Games did you compete in, and in what sports?
This is my 2nd National Games. My 1st one was the Winter Games for curling.
What were your results in the 2025 Special Olympics BC Summer Games? How did you feel about your performance?
My team won the gold medal in soccer. I played amazing.
What does being part of Special Olympics Team BC 2026 mean to you?
It means working hard and having fun.
What is your goal for these National Games?
My goal is to win gold again!
What is your favourite Special Olympics experience to date?
I have loved travelling around, playing against the greatest, and meeting new people.
What do you like most about the sport you will compete in at National Games?
I like that we play as team and we all have fun.
What would you say about Special Olympics to encourage someone to get involved?
You get in good shape, you get to travel around, and you get to meet new people.
Please tell us a little bit more about yourself! What else would you like people to know about you?
I'm quiet sometimes, but I am very social with everyone. You can also talk to me! I am also very organized.
