Want to do my best, but my hope is to do well, maybe win medals and even make it to the worlds.
What is your proudest moment with Special Olympics?
When I won the bronze overall at the National Games in Antigonish.
What does being a part of a team mean to you?
Being included and working with others.
How do you prepare mentally and/or physically for a big competition?
Mentally I do lots of positive self talk. Physically I practice and make sure I am well rested for the competition.
