I enjoy it and find it fun. I've met many new friends.
How would you describe Special Olympics to someone who is thinking becoming and athlete or volunteer?
It is similar to the regular Olympics just with disabilities.
What is your goal for Special Olympics Canada Summer Games Medicine Hat 2026?
I hope to win medals and have fun.

To be selected to the National team in 2026

You can help someone and also get tips from team mates
How do you prepare mentally and/or physically for a big competition?
Practice and try to not forget the routines. Listen to music for the routines. Get enough sleep.
