Required reading to register in Special Olympics
To participate in Special Olympics, everyone must read the full Terms and Conditions document, and then sign the acceptance form. The Terms and Conditions include the Special Olympics Canada Participation Waiver, Code of Conduct, and Privacy Policy.
After reading the Terms and Conditions, please sign the acceptance form that is part of your registration form.
Please submit your completed registration and acceptance form to your local community.
