SOC NCCP Introduction to Competition Workshop in Duncan

The NCCP Special Olympics Canada Introduction to Competition Workshop helps to equip coaches to empower athletes with intellectual disabilities. Topics in this workshop cover associated disabilities and how they impact your coaching, risk management and safety of athletes and coaches, and how to create effective practice plans that consider your athletes' needs.

On January 17 and 18, the course will be from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Note that all days must be attended in full to receive certification.
