SOC NCCP Introduction to Competition Workshop, April

The NCCP Special Olympics Canada Introduction to Competition Workshop helps to equip coaches to empower athletes with intellectual disabilities. Topics in this workshop cover associated disabilities and how they impact your coaching, risk management and safety of athletes and coaches, and how to create effective practice plans that consider your athletes' needs.

This workshop takes place virtually on April 13, 14, 15, 2026 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Please note: Attendees must attend the 3 nights of the course consecutively. You can not take night 1 on one day, and day 2 on another course offering. They must be consecutive and taken with the same course facilitator(s).
