BC LETR Torch Run
Making your kilometres count for Special Olympics BC
The Torch Run is the signature LETR event. The 2025 edition was held from May 24 to June 8.
BC Law Enforcement Torch Run members annually lace up for Special Olympics BC in their communities, running and walking to help SOBC athletes experience acceptance, achievement, and admiration through sport.
In BC LETR Torch Run events, law enforcement members run or walk alongside Special Olympics BC athletes and other members of their community to raise funds and awareness. Typically, runs/walks raise money through community fundraising, corporate/service club donations, and T-shirt sales.
Torch Run Fundraising Tips
When you raise funds through the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics BC, you are helping create empowering opportunities for more than 3,200 athletes with intellectual disabilities across the province.
