Step 1: Fill Out Registration Form

Download the registration form and save it to your computer. Fill out all four pages, including the Terms and Conditions for Participation. Save on your computer or device.

Step 2: Send Form to Your Community

Find your community's contact information and send them your completed document via email.

If you do not have an email address, you can still register via paper registration. For more information on how to drop off and register offline, please contact your community.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to fill out these forms this year?

Yes, all new and returning Special Olympics BC athletes and volunteers must register annually in order to participate in SOBC programs.

What should I sign up for?

Sign up for all the sports that interest you. However, please know that filling out these forms does not automatically mean you’ll participate in everything you signed up for. Some sports might not be offered currently in your community, because of reasons such as numbers of volunteers and/or access to facilities. Once your community received your registration, your Local will give you more information.

What forms are to be required for athletes and coaches to register for the current season?

New and returning athletes and coaches must complete a Registration and Medical Form and accept the Terms and Conditions for Participation. Both of these forms must be completed annually.

What do I do with my forms once I've completed them?

Submit your documents to your local community or to SOBC staff.

Where can I find more information about SOBC's safety protocols?

Find our Communicable Disease Prevention Plan here.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your local community or to SOBC staff.
