ATHLETE TRAINING DIARY
The Athlete Training Diary helps athletes monitor their daily
training and assists them in setting and achieving goals. The diary
helps keep track of daily training practices so that athletes can
review what was done to lead to positive results or personal bests.
The workbook is meant to be used by athletes with their coaches on
a weekly basis. Each section of the workbook spans a few months and
contains information and training suggestions. Athletes are advised
to use this information to set goals with their coach for upcoming
months. The Athlete Training Diary also includes
information on mental preparation, nutrition, health and
wellness.
